Nashville Predators goalie Connor Ingram will be away from the team as he takes part in the NHL/NHLPA player assistance program, the league announced Monday.
The 23-year-old posted a 21-5-5 record for the AHL’s Milwaukee Admirals in 2019-20, good for third among netminders in save percentage (.933) and goals-against average (1.92).
The 2016 third-round pick by the Tampa Bay Lightning signed a three-year, $2.2-million contract extension with the Predators last March.
