The Nashville Predators and depth defenceman Spencer Stastney have agreed to terms on a two-year contract.
Stastney, 24, was a restricted free agent.
The first year of the new deal is a two-way contract that pays $825,000 at the NHL level. The second year carries the same salary but is a one-way contract.
Stastney had four points in a career-high 20 NHL games on the blueline for the Predators in 2023-24, including scoring his first NHL goal. He also skated in three playoff games.
