There was no update on Laurent Brossoit on Tuesday, after the Vegas Golden Knights goalie had to be helped off the ice in Monday's Game 3 victory over the Edmonton Oilers.
Head coach Bruce Cassidy said Brossoit was undergoing testing testing on Tuesday, possibly including an MRI, according to Jesse Granger of The Athletic.
Brossoit appeared to injure himself after making a save on the Oilers' Connor McDavid. After the save, the goalie pushed to his right to face a potential second shot, and then went down in pain. Adin Hill replaced him in goal, stopping all 24 shots he faced the rest of the way.
The Golden Knights will bring up Jiri Patera, if necessary, as a third goalie, Cassidy said, ruling out Logan Thompson, who has not played since March 23.
The Golden Knights lead the series 2-1. Catch Game 4 on Wednesday on Sportsnet or SN NOW at 10 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. MT.
