The Vegas Golden Knights announced on Tuesday the hirings of Sean Burke as their director of goaltending, and John Stevens as an assistant coach.
Burke was previously director of goaltending for the Montreal Canadiens. In 2018, the former goaltender was the general manager of Canada's men's hockey team at the Pyeongchang Olympics.
Stevens is entering his 17th season as a coach in the NHL. He spent the last three years as an assistant coach with the Dallas Stars after previous stints as a head coach, associate head coach and assistant coach with the Los Angeles Kings and Philadelphia Flyers.
The Golden Knights also announced the promotion of Mike Rosati to manager of goaltending development and scouting.
