The Ottawa Senators have snapped their seven-game losing streak but will now be without defenceman Thomas Chabot for at least a week due to a concussion.
Chabot was injured during Saturday's 4-1 victory in Philadelphia when he was checked from behind into the boards by Flyers forward Travis Konecny in the third period.
Chabot, who scored in the first period to knot it up 1-1, did not return to the game. No penalty was called on the play.
The 25-year-old Chabot has three goals and three assists in 14 games this season and is averaging 25:45 minutes of ice time.
Ottawa recalled defenceman Jacob Larsson from the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League on Sunday.
The 25-year-old Larsson, who signed as a free agent with Ottawa over the summer, has two assists in 12 games with Belleville this season.
Ottawa (5-8-1) is last in the Atlantic Division with 11 points and next hosts the New York Islanders on Monday.
