The Ottawa Senators have recalled forwards Angus Crookshank and Jiri Smejkal from the AHL's Belleville Senators, the team announced Saturday.
The moves come after forwards Mathieu Joseph and Rourke Chartier left Friday's loss to the Dallas Stars with upper-body injuries. Both players have not officially been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Vegas Golden Knights.
Crookshank, 24, is yet to make his NHL debut. He has 10 goals and 11 assists in 24 games with Belleville this season.
Smejkal made his NHL debut earlier this season and has played in two games for the Senators.
