The Vancouver Canucks are poised to take the next step as the team gets set to open the 2024-25 NHL season and fans will be able to watch that journey from start to finish live on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
Returning to Rogers Arena and on the road, Sportsnet is set to deliver 78 regional and national Vancouver Canucks games this season. The regional broadcasts will feature play-by-play calls by John Shorthouse, alongside game analysts Dave Tomlinson and Ray Ferraro and host Dan Murphy. Accompanying Sportsnet’s TV and streaming coverage, fans can also tune in to Sportsnet 650 for all 82 Canucks games featuring play-by-play calls by Brendan Batchelor and game analyst Randip Janda.
Some of the highlights on the schedule include the Canucks’ home opener against the Flames on Oct. 9, two matchups against West Vancouver native Connor Bedard and the Blackhawks, and three games against North Vancouver’s Macklin Celebrini and the Sharks.
