The Stanley Cup Playoffs are set to begin as teams put together their game plan heading into Game 1 and of course, injuries will play a big part in the adjustments that will need to be made.
Here is a look at the players that are dealing with ailments on all 16 playoff teams and their status heading into their series opener.
Jesper Froden (lower body): Unlikely to play in Game 1
Jakub Zboril (knee): Out for the remainder of the season after having knee surgery.
Frederik Andersen (lower body): Won't play in Game 1 after suffering a lower-body injury against the Colorado Avalanche. Antti Raanta will be between the pipes for Game 1.
Jake Gardiner (hip): Out for the season after having hip and back surgeries.

Michael Bunting (undisclosed): Bunting skated with the team in a regular practice jersey but will not play in Game 1.
Ondrej Kase (concussion): Kase skated on a line with John Tavares and Ilya Mikheyev and will be in the lineup for Game 1.

Mats Zuccarello (lower body): Returned to practice Sunday after sustaining a lower-body injury that caused him to miss four games.
Marcus Foligno (lower body): Was involved in a knee-on-knee collision with Colorado Avalanche defenceman Kurtis MacDermid in the Wild's regular-season finale. Was a participant at practice on Sunday.
Drew Doughty (wrist): Out for the rest of the season after having wrist surgery.
Sean Walker (knee): Suffered a torn ACL and MCL and will be out for the remainder of the season.
Darnell Nurse (lower body): Was at practice on Sunday and has been out of the lineup since April 22nd after suffering a lower-body injury. Head coach Jay Woodcroft would not confirm if he would play in Game 1.
Oscar Klefbom (shoulder): Has been out all season with a shoulder injury.
Jason Zucker (lower body): Has been out day-to-day with a lower-body injury which he suffered in the final game of the regular season. Zuker is not expected to be in the lineup to start the Penguins series against the Rangers.
Tristan Jarry (foot): Jarry missed the remaining six games of the regular season for the Penguins with a foot injury and is considered day-to-day.
Tyler Motte (upper body): Has been out of the lineup since April 29 and is not expected to be ready for the start of the series against Pittsburgh.
Alex Ovechkin (lower body): Returned to practice on Sunday after missing the last three games with a lower-body injury.
Carl Hagelin (eye): Hagelin has been out since March with an eye injury and has not participated in practice.
Aaron Ekblad (lower body): Was a full participant at practice on Sunday and head coach Andrew Burnette is hopeful he can play at some point in the first round. Ekblad has been out of the lineup since March 18 after leaving a game against the Anaheim Ducks.
Juuse Saros (lower body): Missed the final two games of the regular season with a lower-body injury that he suffered against the Flames. His status will be worth keeping an eye on as the Predators will be forced to go with David Rittich against the Avalanche.
Gabriel Landeskog (knee): Was a full participant in practice on Sunday. Has been out of the lineup since having knee surgery on March 10.
Ryan Murray (hand): Murray has been out since March 21 with a hand injury and got cleared to return to practice. He rotated in on different defensive pairings during line rushes during practice.
Braden Holtby (lower body): Has been on long-term injured reserve after suffering a lower-body injury back on March 12.
