The Carolina Hurricanes tendered an offer sheet to Montreal Canadiens forward Jesperi Kotkaniemi on Saturday, and they are milking the irony as much as they possibly can.
Not only are the Hurricanes trolling the Canadiens, who tendered an offer sheet to Sebastian Aho in 2019, hockey Twitter in general has gotten in on the act.
