Utah Hockey Club defenceman Juuso Valimaki has been put on waivers, the team announced Sunday.
Valimaki has recorded two goals and three assists in 43 games with Utah this season. He is also a minus-5 and averaging 16:33 in ice time.
The 26-year-old from Tampere, Finland, was drafted in the first round, 16th overall, by the Calgary Flames in 2017.
The Arizona Coyotes claimed him off waivers from the Flames in 2022.
Valimaki has 72 points (11 goals and 61 assists) in 271 career games over six seasons with Calgary, Arizona and Utah.
