Anaheim Ducks icon Ryan Getzlaf announced Tuesday that he will retire at the end of the season, capping a 17 season career with the organization that included a Stanley Cup championship and more than 1,000 points.

Getzlaf will meet with the media this afternoon to explain his decision and discuss his legacy in a press conference, which you can watch live on sportsnet.ca.
