Ken Holland, the general manager of the Edmonton Oilers, will address the media on Tuesday amid a period of prolonged struggles which has seen the club plummet down the league's standings.

Holland's comments can be seen in their entirety right here on Sportsnet using the video player embedded atop this page, starting at 10 a.m. MT / 12 p.m. ET.

Though the scope of what Holland will address is not publicly known, the state of the Oilers — and how to correct their course — is expected to be the focal point.

Losers of two in a row, the Oilers have gone 2-6-2 in their last 10 games overall, a stretch that has been destabilized further due to the postponement of several games as the league attempted to adapt to COVID-19-induced attendance restrictions in Canadian arenas.

The challenges have sent a team that once looked solidly in the playoff mix into a more precarious position, leading some to question whether significant changes are needed — including the possibility of a change behind the bench.
