Minnesota Wild forwards Joel Eriksson Ek and Oskar Sundqvist exited Thursday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins with lower-body injuries, the team said.
After the game, the team said it had no update on either player.
Eriksson Ek appeared to be hurt after blocking an Evgeni Malkin shot off the ankle, according to The Athletic's Michael Russo.
Russo said Sundqvist exited after being cross-checked by Kris Letang.
Eriksson Ek has 23 goals and 38 assists for 61 points in 77 games this season.
The Wild acquired Sundqvist in a deal with the Detroit Red Wings at the trade deadline. He has 10 goals and 18 assists for 28 points in 66 combined games between the teams.
