Winnipeg Jets forward Gabriel Vilardi will be back in the lineup Saturday against the Ottawa Senators.
Vilardi has been out of the lineup since Feb. 29 due to an upper-body injury later diagnosed as an enlarged spleen.
The 24-year-old has 30 points (16 goals and 14 assists) in 38 games with the Jets.
He joined the Jets during the off-season as part of the return for Pierre-Luc Dubois in a blockbuster trade with the Los Angeles Kings.
The Jets are set to host Vilardi's former team Monday. Vilardi was drafted 11th overall by the Kings in 2017 and recorded 78 points (41 goals and 37 assists) during his four seasons in Los Angeles.
Winnipeg (44-23-6) is holding on to third place in the Central Division as the team looks to snap a five-game losing streak.
