The Winnipeg Jets have signed forward Mason Shaw to a one-year, two-way contract, with an annual cap hit of $775,000, the team announced on Thursday.
The five-foot-10, 25-year-old appeared in 20 games with the Minnesota Wild in 2023-24, registering one goal and two assists with 34 penalty minutes. He also suited up for nine games with their AHL affiliate, the Iowa Wild, where he totalled four goals and three assists for seven points.
The Wainwright, Alberta, native was selected in the fourth round of the 2017 NHL draft by Minnesota. Since then, he's posted 121 points in 197 career AHL games while recording 20 points in 82 NHL games, all within the Wild organization.
