A Stanley Cup win in a season like no other called for an equally unique celebration.

To celebrate the franchise’s second Stanley Cup championship, the Tampa Bay Lightning hosted a boat parade along the Tampa Riverwalk that follows the Hillsborough River in Tampa, Fla.

Fans were invited to attend the festivities from both sides of the river, with the team urging them to practice coronavirus precautions after post-Cup festivities in Tampa on Monday drew criticism on social media because of large crowds and a lack of social distancing or mask wearing.
