Buffalo Sabres sign Josh Dunne to two-year, two-way contract

The Buffalo Sabres have signed forward Josh Dunne to a two-year, two-way contract with an annual average value of $775,000, the team announced on Monday.

Dunne, 25, spent the 2023-24 season with the Cleveland Monsters of the AHL, logging seven points (two goals, five assists) in 25 contests. He added seven goals and four assists through 14 playoff games.

He’s made 134 career AHL appearances, all with the Monsters, registering 36 goals and 29 assists, including 13 power-play goals.

The O’Fallon, Miss. native has made 14 NHL appearances, all of which have come with the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Dunne was one of five players the Sabres inked to two-way deals with on Monday.
