Isac Lundestrom will be an Anaheim Duck for at least one more year.
The 24-year-old inked a one-year extension with the SoCal side on Sunday carrying a cap hit of $1.5 million according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
Lundestrom signed a two-year deal with the Ducks in the 2022 off-season following arbitration.
The Swedish centre has spent parts of six seasons with Anaheim, accumulating 69 points over the course of 258 games. Lundestrom averaged over 14 minutes as a depth forward for the Ducks in 2023-24, netting five goals and 11 points in 48 games.
Lundestrom was selected 23rd overall by the Ducks in the 2018 NHL Draft.
