The Edmonton Oilers have re-signed forward Raphael Lavoie to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000, the team announced on Monday.

The six-foot-four 23-year-old spent the bulk of 2023-24 with the Oilers’ AHL affiliate, the Bakersfield Condors. There, he totalled 28 goals and 22 assists for 50 points through 66 games — all of which were career highs.

The Chambly, Quebec, native also made his NHL debut this past season, which saw him suit up for seven games total with Edmonton.

For Lavoie, this past season marks his fourth year of professional hockey with the Oilers after the franchise selected him in the second round of the 2019 NHL Draft.
