Jets forward Rasmus Kupari suffers upper-body injury vs. Devils

Winnipeg Jets forward Rasmus Kupari was forced to leave Tuesday’s game against the New Jersey Devils with an upper-body injury.

Kupari appeared to be holding his right hand or wrist after falling awkwardly into the boards in the first period.

Winnipeg dressed 11 forwards and seven defencemen going into the game.

In 14 games this season, Kupari has an assist while averaging 9:34 of ice time per game.
