Edmonton Oilers forward Raphael Lavoie cleared waivers on Monday.
Lavoie, who has yet to suit up in an NHL game during the regular season, was drafted in the second round, 39th overall, by the Oilers in 2019.
The 23-year-old from Chambly, Que., had 25 goals and 45 points in 61 games with the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League last season. He is considered one of the club’s top prospects.
Forward Lane Pederson and defenceman Ben Gleason also cleared waivers.
Pederson, 26, signed with the Oilers on July 1. He had three goals and six points in 27 games last season split between the Vancouver Canucks and Columbus Blue Jackets.
Gleason, 25, also joined the Oilers as a free agent on July 2. He had nine goals and 33 points in 68 games last season with the Texas Stars, the AHL affiliate of the Dallas Stars.
