Rangers agree to terms with forward Kevin Rooney

The New York Rangers have agreed to terms with forward Kevin Rooney, the team announced Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Rooney, 27, skated in a career-high 49 games with the New Jersey Devils this past season, posting four goals and five assists.
