The Detroit Red Wings and forward Christian Fischer agreed to a one-year pact on Monday worth $1.125 million, the team announced.
Fischer, 27, signed with the Red Wings on a one-year deal last offseason following seven consecutive campaigns with the Arizona Coyotes, now the Utah Hockey Club.
The Chicago native has potted 61 goals and 130 points through 477 career games in the NHL. Fischer is coming off a 19-point season with Detroit in 2023-24 where he averaged just under 12 minutes of ice time through 79 games.
