The NHL has announced that the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs will begin on Saturday, May 29 with Game 1 of the East Division series between the Boston Bruins and the New York Islanders at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT at TD Garden in Boston.
The West Division’s second round will start on Sunday, May 30, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT at Ball Arena in Denver between the Colorado Avalanche and the winner of the Minnesota Wild–Vegas Golden Knights series. The Wild and Golden Knights will play in Game 7 on Friday night.
Additional information for ongoing first-round series will be announced at a later time, if necessary.
