Tampa Bay Lightning sign Tobie Paquette-Bisson to a one-year, two-way deal

The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed defencemen Tobie Paquette-Bisson to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced on Monday.

The 27-year-old appeared in 69 games with the Montreal Canadiens’ AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket, throughout the 2023-2024 season. The six-foot-three blueliner posted nine goals and 27 points with a team-leading, plus-21 rating.

From Rosèmere, Que., Paquette-Bisson went undrafted and has played in the AHL since the 2018-2019 season, totalling 69 points across 214 games.

He has also appeared in 132 ECHL games, netting 50 points.
