Utah defenceman Sean Durzi leaves game with upper-body injury

Utah Hockey Club defenceman Sean Durzi did not return to Monday’s game against the New Jersey Devils after sustaining an upper-body injury.

Durzi took an awkward hit from Devils defenceman Jonas Siegenthaler while trying to move the puck into the offensive zone in the opening minute of the second period. Durzi appeared to hurt his left shoulder and went straight down the tunnel.

The 25-year-old has recorded two assists in four games with Utah this season.
