The first sweaters in Utah Hockey Club history are officially official.
Taking to X on Monday, the new team shared photos and videos of the jerseys they will wear for their inaugural season after the designs were initially unveiled in June.
In black, white, and light blue, the home and away jerseys feature the state name diagonally across the front and stripes on the arms. Additionally, the jerseys include patches that read “Inaugural Season 2024-2025” and the team logo.
Smith Entertainment Group, which purchased the team formerly known as the Arizona Coyotes for $1.2 billion and relocated it to Salt Lake City, is planning to use this branding temporarily.
The expectation is that a long-term nickname and logo will be introduced at a later date.
