Armstrong gives Bowman and Oilers credit for handling of offer sheets

Blues GM Doug Armstrong says he didn’t spend too much time worrying about whether the Oilers would match their offers or not, but gives credit to Stan Bowman for how he handled the situation with so many balls in the air.
