January 22nd, 1987: Devils beat Flames in front of only 334 die hard fans

This Day in Hockey History, The New Jersey Devils defeat the Calgary Flames 7-5 in front of 334 fans who brave a winter storm to get to Brendan Byrne Arena. The Devils later honour the diehard fans who attend the game by forming the “334 Club.”
