Jets’ Cheveldayoff says it’s too early to discuss a long-term extension for Monahan

Winnipeg Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff was asked about potentially handing Sean Monahan a long-term extension after trading for him but said that it’s too early in the process to be going deep on those talks with Monahan’s camp.
