NHL salary cap will increase by $1M for next season, unless escrow is somehow paid off

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman updates the media on the current salary cap projections for the 2023-24 season, saying for now it will increase by $1M, unless the revenues skyrocket past their projections and the escrow is all paid off.
