The Washington Capitals have signed forward Luke Philp to a one-year, two-way contract ($775,000/$375,000), president and GM Brian MacLellan announced Tuesday.
Philp, 28, had two goals and six points in 15 games with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL) in 2023-24 after missing the first 57 games of the season due to injury.
