The Minnesota Wild inked forward Yakov Trenin to a four-year deal worth an AAV of $3.5 million on Monday.
Trenin posted three points through 16 games with the Avalanche last season after being traded by the Nashville Predators at the 2024 NHL trade deadline.
While with Nashville, Trenin unlocked a career-high in points (24) in consecutive seasons while propelling into a depth forward role.
He was drafted by the Predators 55th overall in 2015.
