Canada fell just short of winning a second fencing medal at the Olympics in Paris.
The Canadians fell 33-32 to Japan in the bronze medal match in women's team foil on Thursday.
Canada was represented by Jessica Guo (Toronto), Sabrina Fang (Vancouver), Yunjia Zhang (Toronto) and Olympic bronze medalist Eleanor Harvey (Hamilton).
Harvey won bronze in individual foil earlier in the Games. Before that, Canada had never won a medal in fencing at the Olympics.
