The second PWHL Draft and inaugural PWHL Awards ceremony will be held from June 10 to 11 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the league announced Friday.
The draft will be held first, on June 10, followed by the award ceremony the next day.
PWHL Toronto's Emma Maltais is up for Rookie of the Year, Natalie Spooner for the Billie Jean MVP award, Kristen Campbell for Goaltender of the Year and coach Troy Ryan for top coaching award.
Meanwhile, Montreal's Marie-Philip Poulin is also in the running for MVP.
Canadian Sarah Fillier, 24, is projected to go first overall in the 2024 draft, having competed on the international stage previously for Canada, capturing Olympic gold in 2022. She finished her college hockey tenure with Princeton with a career-high 30-goal season.
Fellow Canadian national team member Danielle Serdachny is projected to be a top-five pick.
The inaugural PWHL Draft took place on Sept. 23 and was comprised of 15 rounds with six picks each. Minnesota's Taylor Heise was selected first-overall.
