Just like in their match against Peru, Canada will get to play up a man as they look for a win against Chile.

Gabriel Suazo earned himself a red card after pushing down Canadian midfielder Richie Laryea in the 27th minute, resulting in his second yellow card of Saturday’s Copa America match.

Despite Suazo’s best efforts to plead his case, the referee sent him off.

Earlier, Suazo was given his first yellow for a tackle on Laryea around mid-field in the 11th minute.

The 26-year-old Chilean left-back plays in France with Toulouse of Ligue 1.

In Canada’s monumental win over Peru, defender Miguel Araujo was given a red card in the 59th minute after a tackle sent Canadian winger Jacob Shaffelburg to the pitch as they battled for the ball.

Canada was able to take advantage of being a man up on Tuesday after Jonathan David scored in the 74th minute, and will look to do the same with the advantage over Chile on Saturday night.
