Dortmund’s Gundogan to miss Euro 2016 with knee injury

DORTMUND, Germany — Borussia Dortmund says midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has sustained a knee injury and will miss Germany’s European Championship campaign.

Dortmund said on Twitter on Friday that Gundogan dislocated a kneecap during training.

The club said he’s out for the rest of the season and for the European Championship in France.
