Toronto FC president Bill Manning joined Prime Time Sports to discuss the backlash he’s received from TFC fans following Sebastian Giovinco being sold to Saudi Arabia giants Al-Hilal, Giovinco’s comments regarding the transfer, how impossible it was to comes to terms with Giovinco’s agent, his concerns for the upcoming season and potential new signings in the near future.
