Canadian teen Marina Stakusic has booked a spot in her first Grand Slam main draw.
The 19-year-old Stakusic, from Mississauga, Ont., qualified for Wimbledon with a 6-3, 6-0 win over Amarni Banks of Great Britain on Thursday.
Stakusic won three qualifying matches to book her ticket into the main draw, which starts July 1.
Stakusic made international headlines last year when she played a surprisingly major role in Canada's win at the Billie Jean King Cup.
